Yes I've reported and said that it should be preserved. But the thing is I didn't know of such thing (Audios are downloadable naturally). I found out that lately.

Admin is wrong in that issue. The button admin pointed out can only be seen in the Chrome browser. It's better appeal that issue, because there's clearly no download buttons in the actual telegram apps, see https://telegra.ph/template-3-issue-1-03-17

Actually the whole player you see here is just native player from browser, it's not from telegram. For example, here's how it looks in Firefox: https://telegra.ph/firefox-03-18
