Not only author name, but also his positions and what he do for article

- In the rules there are no restrictions on what to include. But there is a rule to include the author's name if it is visible on the page by an ordinary user.
On this site often the author's name present, but the existing set of functions is very difficult to extract it from such paragraphs.
In addition, often on this site the author's name is just written in the last paragraph in clear way (First name and last name)
