This is a dynamic page, We don't want outdated information in IV, better not to support it

- The problem is that you can't detect these kinds of pages, so the only way would be to explicitly and manually blacklist (!path_not) every page that may change some time later on. Besides, I don't think it's inherently dynamic. Something that's changing just a few times per year isn't critical.
Also, when arguing that pages should be unsupported just because they may change later on, pages like these: https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/installation/noobs.md have to be unsupported too because of stuff like "The latest NOOBS release is v3.0.0, released on 16th November 2018" and changing links. This is impractical and not identifiable, and the same applies to this page.
