This is a rare mistake in the website code that is not up to template creators to fix.
There is no safe way to determine such elements. It is just a text paragraph in the text with "LES OGSÅ:" inside. They are not nested under the same element and this p has no class element. So if they did put any other text, your template would fail too. I do not think it is a crucial issue for my template, as it handles the related elements on up-to-date pages perfectly. Example:
