The broken gallery can easily and safely be removed. Use regex

- It's a shortcode structure for Wordpress blog systems. Wordpress handles it and converts to the appropriate elements according the plugins in the system. (For example, they're using a gallery plugin and added a gallery to this page, but it's broken currently)

As it seems, their plugin is broken for the moment. Removing it means removing an essential content.
So, don't remove it. Just wait them to fix their problems and then a gallery will be placed instead of this paragraph. However, it could be a persistent situation. This case doesn't require us to remove it too.
I already saw this thing. I didn't remove as it's wrong to do this.
