Lost a video

- Original page has a video, like some other articles on the website. But it seems, that video has nothing to do with the article contents and can be omitted, since cannot be generated.
- Accepted by admin
- A video could potentially be considered non-essential, however, a template would still need to ensure that if a page did have an essential video, that it could display that video.
If it's not possible to ensure that essential content can be displayed, then an IV should not be generated.
