- This is complex table which contains photos. "However, complex tables may not render through existing means, and must be tagged as @unsupported."
In your template you use "Icon(<pic>)", which is allowed in table.
But these are not icons ("A small image inside the text"). So I think, that is semantically incorrect use pic instead of figure
