That's not a problem of "logos as icon". That's a problem of SVGs, as far as I know. And that's exactly why NO_MEDIA_FOUND is shown. In your template too, by the way.

In articles where there's no SVG, everything is fine: https://realnoevremya.ru/articles/72201-rektor-knitu--kai-rasskazal-o-glavnom-proekte-2017-goda-i-o-problemah-vuza.

So I suspect nothing to be fixed here. There are problems with SVG => page is unsupported.
