Static article. Quote author photo causes this problem (<img> is often nested in <blockquote> on this site, being used as quote author photo). If you don't like the 2015 example (https://realnoevremya.ru/articles/15118), here is the 2019.

- This case should be supported. It's an article from 2019 and the issue is image inside blockquote, that is a way more common than images inside headers
