- That's not a "figcaption". That's the name of the author of the quote that goes next. If anything, this text is a caption of the quote, not a photo (but it's in a too notable position to make it a caption of the quote).
If I make this text into figcaption, it would remove accent from the name and give accent to the photo, while in fact, the photo is only a complementary element here.
