line break in quote not preserved

According to the rule

and more specifically

"line breaks in quotes must be preserved"

Quote with an image with a different screen width may be:

large (like 2 table cells)

small (Photo 100% width)

Based on this such a quote should look like:
a. table -> very ugly and the table in the quote can not be
b. pic + br -> https://telegra.ph/file/41e13e2cb2e7c39c65b25.png (my choice)
c. blockquote + Photo + blockquote -> https://telegra.ph/file/932f91cc34bc616ad3240.png (need to break the quote, the small image looks bad on the device)


This template does not match one of the options.

Image has a class by which it can be identified.
