This article is from 2011, It is difficult to find more recent articles with such a markup. I think it will be not bad if you restore a template that has got a report from me

In that case, there should be an image instead of the HIGHLIGHTED place (because it is in the original)
Its @src is "https://keddr.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/messagescrashingbug-671x362.jpg", it works correctly both in the original and in a result and doesn't need to change.
In nis' examples, there were cases where there is no image both in the original and in the result, which isn't an issue.
Template #19 was indeed rejected by mistake (it wasn't my report), but template #31 doesn't work correctly and should be rejected.
