- Uhhhh... How fair is it? If my template satisfies criteria for a perfect template, you are breaking your own rules, you know.

- You do have a point. Unlike several other mistakenly added websites that were not IV-worthy, this one is a valid target and contains articles (even though there's a limited number of them, the website is no longer updated and is a subdomain of another contest domain). We've also checked your template for issues and couldn't identify any immediate problems. In light of the above, we've decided to restore the template. Sorry for the inconvenience.
