Only needed dividers must be preserved.

Linked issue is unrelated, since it demonstrates template which lost all dividers.

Here we must not separate Related section with two dividers because if Related isn't displayed (which can happen), your template will display two dividers one by one which is unacceptable. Open it on your phone and you'll see.
