Rudimentary content not removed

Its impossible to remove them without endangering essential content.
The "Category" table cell is not identifiable only by checking the text "Category" but this will not work with other subdomains because they have the same text but in different language.

Same block with same class or at least same structure but containing essential texts to the page, if i remove the category these blocks will be removed as well

This is example of what i mean by "same structure but different in language"
So i see that i have 2 options here (In case this issue is still valid):
Either i DON"T generate for subdomains and remove these rudimentary cells by checking the texts inside them. Or hard code all subdomains which can not work if a new subdomain is added. (Also a lot of work).
