All (almost) articles on this site begin with <hr>. My template removes these <hr> as in my opinion they are irrelevant in IV (similar to empty paragraphs at the beginning).

Separator is not an essential article content. And in the checklist there is no phrase you wrote. In this case, it spoils the appearance of the IV and, in my opinion, should be removed.
