- Yep. I have realized already that I have used datetime value from div.b-article__info-date what is without timezone. Because I have same time.
But it doesn't seem that there are strict rules about datetime in docs.
I don't know how it's important and it's critical error or not.
What is more important: time from content without timezone or time from meta with timezone.
Anyway, I'm interested what admin will answer.

Just look at datetime property (datetime="2017-05-22T11:00"). What timezone is use?
And the correct anser is: UTC. But this site use UTC+03:00 (Europe/Moscow) timezone.
According to p. 6.9. ("The IV editor‘s ’Preview‘ section will always show the date/time in UTC format") the publication time should be 8:00 ( -3 hours ).
