Such links are in most articles. And they are easily identified.

Related articles both exist in the source and are identifiable but were not formatted as IV 2.0 "Related articles”.

This >> is the only formatting that makes it possible to distinguish such links from other paragraphs. I don't want to risk. I've seen some links without >>, I've seen links without <strong>. How am I supposed to reliably detect them? If they had at least a "related" class, I would agree, but they don't.
Moreover, I've checked quite a lot of pages on this website and found out that these links lead to pages with dynamic content more often then the formatted ones.
