Blocks with links added to the body of the article by its author are the best way to recognize thematically related articles. Technically easily and reliably recognized. It is always the tag <p> with the only child <a> whose text (or child tag text) ends with >>. See my template and read checklist.

Example:
<p> <a href="#> <strong> Source </ strong> </a> </ p>? Can there are many such cases.
There is no safe way to make them as related articles.
