In the first you take the title from the meta or title tags. Whether this is the right decision should be decided by the admin. In the second, you combine two lines into one and add a hyphen symbol. The first one is the word "interview /" and and the name of the person being interviewed. The second is his position.
This means that if this person is given another interview, the title and subtitle will be the same.
My template uses the correct article title from meta. And I decided to use the name and position as a subtitle. So, admin, please tell me if I can use the name and position as a subtitle or not. But the title in my template is absolutely correct, there is no error, but you canceled my template.
