The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This is <h2> with "cm-par-large pre-line" classes. As they use regular paragraphs for headers, marked block looks like one of them. I think it must be set as subtitle.
