You are right. It is strange, IV goes throw the wall in most cases and I didn't wait that it will be not all times (f.e.: https://www.rp.pl/Wynagrodzenia/304079938-Wysokosc-wynagrodzen-Rynek-z-czasem-wymusi-jawnosc-plac.html)
