This box is a list of latest articles from "CIUDAD" category that sorted by date published. You can realize this easily.

Other types of “More” links that are not suitable for the “Related articles” block should be removed:
- Dynamic lists of “Latest articles from this category”.

Thus according to the checklist, This block should be removed.
