No, it should be exactly how I have written! If you open the main page( http://rt-online.ru/ ) you will see that the title is "газета Республика Татарстан – новости Татарстана". Also on Facebook, it has the same name https://www.facebook.com/GRTonline.ru/. And it translates as "newspaper of the Republic of Tatarstan" if you write just "the Republic of Tatarstan" it doesn't make any sense, so "газета" should be definitely saved.
