Author is missing [Izvor: Beta]

- Haven't seen last minute report for quite a long time :)
Here is what's going on (html extracted from source page):

As we know from this issue https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/rtcg.me/template12/issue2/, there're actually two spans in p.author_source:
1. span.author for author
2. span.source for source
So what you highlighted is not author but source, as we know from https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-3-4-source-links, source link is optional, so I would expect source to be optional too.
To help admin make a quick decision, I translate this Croatian text into english: "[Source: Beta, Published: I. P.]".
