The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't think that it's the correct way to disable IV mode on non-target pages.

Maybe it's not 100% correct way but it's easy to use. @unsupported sometimes works strange. Also in this way I can demonstrate why I do not generate IV for this page. Anyway I dont think this is reason to reject template.

Finally, if admins will read it, it would be good to add function like php's die() for this in further IV versions
