- Well... No. This page contains links to articles (History of some people ) and the links are preserved. In any case this page is static, you can see the date of publication (pretty old)

- It's a hub. The list of articles might be dynamic. IV must not be generated.

- Please check this issue again. This page is not dynamic. I know it can get updated. But this is possible on all other pages/articles. Look at the dates at the end in the source, there is publish date and update date. All articles in this domain have the same properties (publish and update dates). The layout of the page is different yes. It doesn't look like other articles. But this page is static enough to support it like all other articles. If this page is considered dynamic then a lot of other articles are also dynamic.
