Should be in a <cite> captions in gallery use p while normal captions are in <h3>

- There is no dedicated field for image credits in galleries. Paragraph below image title is an image description that can contains any info (not only image attribution) and cannot be formatted as <cite>.

Also, image credits can be presented as a part of image title (in <h3> tag):

Thats why this paragraphs should be displayed in IV only as image caption, not as <cite>
