Time seems to be wrong. Slovenia is in UTC+01:00.

- We can't hard code time zone because the web site domain are from that country. Time is not offered in standard format to know exact timezone of each post, so must use the time that user will see when open the article

- Handling of timezone is optional and up to the template creator.
