- This is because img is accidentally wrapped with <u> tag. Obviously it's a one-time mistake of an editor, because there is no good reason to include an image inside rarely used text tag. Basically someone just selected text below to make it underlined, and accidentally selected the image as well (see how <u> tag utilized in the rest of text)
While we all try to resolve as much as possible human issues, you never can predict ALL of them. This is a one-time mistake of an editor, which is unlikely to repeat
