Issue #1
Captions are missing! They are identifiable and can be safely formatted as <figcaption>. Check my template!
- Andrew A.
- One-off issue of the following nature:
This article's code isn't its own. It was copypasted from https://calendar.fontanka.ru/articles/7602.
This site doesn't use class="pics" for images and text inside of this elements as captions. fontanka.ru does it. If you visit the site, you will see that the captions are not formatted in any way—there is no CSS for the "pics" class because, as I said, the code of this article isn't it's own.
If you google the name of the site from where this code was copypasted (https://www.google.com/search?q=Фонтанка+site%3Arustur.ru), the only recent article that you will find is this one.
No sense to support other site's layouts in the template. If this site copypasted code from all the internet, should we support the layouts of all sites in the internet?
Note that no content is lost in this article, it's just missing captions from the site with another layout. I can't be hold accountable for every piece of rudimentary code that some author copies to one of their articles.
- Declined by admin
- Not critical, since it's indeed a markup of the other article. Also the text doesn't look like a caption in the original article
