Two conflicting dates: <meta property="article:published_time"> and this one.
In case of two conflicting dates you should show the one that is visible to the ordinary users.

(yes, I see that 19:17 is marked as "modified_date" in meta tags. But! They use the "current" class for modified dates. Looks like they set this class manually, so I guess it was their decision to leave this date as is, and you should not go against their will.)
