Resubmitting the issue since new clarifications on subtitle came. This section is not found in source page first of all. This template fetches this info meta, and adds it as subtitle. Even longer legit subtitles should be converted to paragraphs as of https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-11-subtitle
