Static page needs an IV

Not a problem in the template. Looks like IV doesn't support .svg images. And if the image will be missing IV shouldn't be avaiable.
I saw you removed the image the IV couldn't fetch in your template...
1. You shoudn't remove images in your templates.
2. You shoudn't remove nothing using "src" attribute as parameter.
There are many other problems with your template:
