Replacing standard numbers with non-standard ones can lead to so many problems like squares instead of them because of absence of glyphs. Also, I'm not quite sure if all that can be superscript (including letters and symbols) is changed. And I'm not quite sure if it is possible. Theoretically it can lead to situation where some letters are superscript and some not. I believe it is better to wait before Telegram would support superscipt characters natively.
