Links to Related Topics (do not have IV, since they are categories and contain dynamic lists of article) and Related Terms (static, have IV) are mixed under one "Related Stories" block
In original source, related blocks "Related Stories", "Related Topics" and "Related Terms" are separated. The same should happen in IV. Also, category articles from "Related Topics" should be removed because they do not have IV.
If these links don't generate IV, they won't be displayed in clients as related
