Here source have 2 images in one figure. IV engine cannot understand such formatting.
I have checked all articles (339!) from book category until 2015 and found exact 10 pages with this problem (including this article).

I think, that it is IV engine restriction, which is not described in manual, but this issue is fixed with next critical.
