Check original page, these highlighted blocks have to be somehow separated from the content

- It is not possible to change background color in IV. If I use <mark>, in 10 minutes I'll receive issue, that source has no "marked" text.
In other places I have used <table>, but <table> can corrupt formatting here.
I think now this article is good readable and users will not have problem with IV.
P.S. All your issues are minor design claims without affecting user experience.
