There is no tag <hr> in the source. I don't like adding this tag in IV without cases of absolute necessity: you become many empty space, you must more scroll article on your phone. For example here authors are pretty separated with their photos. One more divider will be too much.

I think now this article is good readable, all its parts are represented in a clearly way and users will not have problem with IV.

P.S. All your issues are minor design claims without affecting user experience.
