this doesn't work in IV. I've tested in Telegram. The author of this template said "it works, i tested it" on another issue but this is simply a lie. I tested it. not works. opens a browser tab. anchors should be removed. my 2 template has been rejected due to this!

I and you both (or one?) obviously don't know how the mechanism of this shared link works in the Telegram app of the other user. Anchor from the original article is preserved on IV page.
Why should I lie? If it didn't work for me, I would immediately fix and resubmit the template, because nobody would prefer losing time on waiting for the arbiters' decision and then anyway lose the place in the contest.
