- Sometimes empty paragraphs are wanted by the article creators. If there is a link to a template with a good way to remove unnecessary empty paragraphs this issue might be considered in the future.
Captions should be preserved.
The text in the end is part of the article. I don't think there is any way to *reliably* find and remove such things.
