Social links are not removed

1) It's part of article.
2) It's not even links.
3) They point to social media of event described in article, they are definitely relevant and required. It's not like irrelevant official social pages of site.

I don't know how about you, but for me it clear/resonable that it says only about social media links irellevant to the article. It's not like that telegram hatting on facebook, twitter, vk and google plus by forcing us to remove all mentions of them, it just says that we should remove irrelevant stuff.
