It's lead, no subtitle

- I made this a subtitle as there is no other element to fulfill this role and it looks great on mobile app.
- Declined by admin
- Author's solution is optional.
Having a lot of text in the subtitle is unadvisable, but acceptable.
The lead section should ideally be formatted in italics and not as subtitle.
