The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't think that book page needs IV. This page not so static as it seems. When new content from book adds to the site, book page tagged with link to this content. Here's example for page in issue: http://archive.li/tdjUE
