Still generate IV for live updates?

- It's no longer a live update article. It says in the Editor's note, "This is a live account of the Seattle region’s snowy Monday, Feb. 11," and then there is a link to the live update page for Feb 12. It seems that these types of live update articles are only live for one day, and then they create a new one for the next day. It should be static now that the day is over. The title also now just says "Updates" whereas the other day it said "Live updates" in the title.
My template won't generate IV for the pages that still say that they are live.
