The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It's not possible to identify reliably where to put the <b>: you should parse the attribute style to determine if it's bold and so on.. it's not a best practice so I will not do it (and you should not do it either).
