The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Seems to be a bug with telegram tweet embeds, it works on IV editor but not on telegram client, here's the same tweet video using the official telegra.ph template, it doesn't work either:
