Minor issue: Your strategy for placing image links in image captions with alt text is very nice, but such links are, sadly, lost when there are no captions as in the case of this page.

Unfortunately, our admin's verdict from this morning was incorrect. In order to be consistent with our previous decisions on many other templates, we have to conclude that missing image links in some cases constitutes a grade 4 issue and is serious enough to reject a template.
