It's the "Interactive Phases of the Moon Tool"

If you click the link on the original page, it launches the tool in a new window with javascript. Try it and see :) The whole page is about the interactive tool, so it is essential.

In Template #6, the link just leads to the same article, so the interactive tool is lost.
