On the source page there're no captions. There're only @alt text's, which are ambiguous to use: in almost all cases there's an image file name, which is a set of random characters (https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/slashfilm.com/template10/issue1/).

In this specific case image titles describe content very literally (that's because they're an @alt text, that's what they're for), so there's still no reason to use it as caption.

@ARX8x's screenshot has attached is pretty irrelevant: the caption on the screenshot is just a duplicate of the nearest header on the page:
